About the Role:
Adecco US, Inc. is partnering with a top client to find an Administrative Coordinator for their Eden Prairie, MN location.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, and communicating with team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. The estimated salary for this position is $19.40 - $26.76 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and ensure smooth communication among team members
- Submit expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and other team members
- Collaborate with other admins to coordinate meetings and events

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
