Job Summary

This role provides administrative support to Thrivent Financial, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional member experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing office supplies, preparing correspondence, and coordinating special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain office supplies and process mail efficiently
  • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and special projects with minimal supervision
  • Support various programs and processing functions as needed
  • Schedule meetings with clients/members on behalf of financial advisors
  • Update contact management systems with accurate client/member information
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
  • Strong technical computer skills and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • AHIP or Medicare experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high quality work and adapting to frequent interruptions
  • Confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $25-27 per hour, depending on experience, with a 6-month performance review to reassess compensation.
