  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables exceed standards.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to resolve them promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management with at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development or machining.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
