Job Description

PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to provide operational and administrative support for a financial advisory practice in the Sandy Springs/Buckhead area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and serve as a liaison between advisors and clients.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to confirm account updates, paperwork, and check receipts.
  • Collect and review documentation to support the new client onboarding and billing process.
  • Process daily tasks and alerts, and follow up with clients as necessary to ensure all paperwork is received.
  • Document all communication and interactions with clients in CRM in a timely manner.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative and operational activities, such as printing, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Provide support on special projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of client service experience preferred.
  • Higher education required.
  • Personable, responsive, and engaging.
  • Adept at self-management and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software.
  • Organized multitasking with the ability to work with frequent interruptions.

Compensation: Up to $29.00 per hour.
