Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales initiatives within the Beaumont, TX region. This position entails cultivating new client relationships, advising on service capabilities, and introducing innovative services to our clientele.

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective clients in collaboration with management, determine effective sales strategies, and engage with customers through visits and follow-ups.
  • Assess and comprehend customer needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to craft proposals for complex customer requests.
  • Deliver presentations of proposals to clients.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques and understanding company policies and service capabilities.
  • Consult with management regarding pricing, specifications, warranties, and service modifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and bidding scenarios.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret data and implement appropriate actions.
  • Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proven track record in generating sales leads and opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Preferred experience of 3+ years in sales, particularly within the rotating equipment sector.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems is advantageous.
