Job Overview

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team, representing a prominent client in the automotive sector.


Location:
Beaumont, TX

Compensation:
$60K - $65K annually.

Role Responsibilities:

This position offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial role within our organization as a Direct-to-the-Installer parts supplier. The Field Sales Executive will leverage their B2B sales expertise to develop strategies aimed at expanding our sales footprint and enhancing our customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Acquiring new accounts, driving sales, and achieving personal sales targets.
  • Executing and promoting company sales initiatives.
  • Conducting proactive sales visits to both new and existing clients—showcasing products, explaining promotions, and identifying stocking opportunities.
  • Collaborating with store and operations teams to enhance customer service and resolve any issues.
  • Scheduling client appointments and accommodating their availability.
  • Documenting all sales interactions via iPad promptly after each visit.
  • Engaging with the assigned customer base in the field for an average of eight hours daily.
  • Assessing the frequency of customer sales interactions.
  • Participating in meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Access to a personal vehicle.
  • Professional appearance at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts or the automotive industry.
  • Previous experience in outside sales or account management.
