Banking Industry Contact Center Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Industry Contact Center Expert to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional service to bank customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a courteous and timely manner.
- Listen to customers' needs, understand their concerns, and resolve their issues effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
