Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Strive to understand and anticipate patient needs, manage service recovery efforts, and enlist management assistance as needed.
  • Manage Clinical Operations: Oversee the daily schedule and operations of assigned areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and supply ordering, to support the efficient operation of clinical facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of medical office experience, with a focus on patient services and clinical operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
