Your Responsibilities -

  • Verify and record the usage of surgical implants to ensure timely inventory replenishment for clients.
  • Coordinate with your sales team and clients to secure purchase orders while addressing inquiries from the sales department, conducting research as necessary.
  • Establish procedures to maintain precise inventory records in the ERP system through effective billing and replenishment practices.
  • Engage with clients in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional manner to foster positive business relationships.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance service levels, internal processes, and customer support strategies while nurturing relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on improving Open ARO's.
  • Determine charges for product requests and usage, collaborating with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies.
  • Compile product or service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data.
  • Oversee customer pricing in the systems of record.
  • Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the customer service workflow.

Qualifications -

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to turn customers into advocates for our products and services.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to meet business demands.

Compensation ranges from $22.52 to $28.35 per hour, plus eligibility for bonuses and benefits. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
