Deli Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team at Albertsons. As a Deli Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case food items.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Starting rate: $21.15 per hour. Benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/vacation pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunities.
