About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at White Ash Group, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute quarterly sales plans, analyze sales trends, and consult with the purchasing team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Account Management: Manage existing account relationships, schedule events and customer appreciation demos, and educate end-consumers and budtenders on our products.
  • Marketing and Merchandising: Influence in-store merchandising and marketing opportunities, review online marketing assets, and ensure the latest media kit is being shared with the correct people.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily and weekly administrative tasks, including creating a weekly route, utilizing a market plan template, and updating Salesforce daily.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales and account management experience, prior sales experience in the local cannabis or alcohol industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience using Salesforce and Business Central preferred.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
  • Problem solver who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Must obtain all state-required Cannabis permits, licenses, and certifications.
  • Reliable transportation for daily in-person account visits.
