We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract and Grant Analyst to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a key member of our research administration department, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration of sponsored agreements, including proposal and budget development, clinical study budget cost coverage analysis, and regulatory application processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Principal Investigators with all activities related to the administration of sponsored agreements, including proposal and budget development, clinical study budget cost coverage analysis, and regulatory application processes.
  • Provide support services for Pre Award and some Post Award activities.
  • Prepare research administration reports and work with Division MSOs on division-specific reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between campus offices on behalf of the faculty and Department of Medicine.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
