About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional at our College Hill location. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to residents, including assistance with dressing, feeding, bathing, and medication management.
  • Encourage independence and participation in daily activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and recreational activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Ohio driver's license with no more than 5 points on your driving record.
