Office Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Beacon Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Dean's office and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Reception: Provide exceptional customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for faculty, students, staff, and external visitors.
  • Email Management: Review, route, and respond to email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Calendar and Travel Support: Manage the Dean's calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and provide logistical support for meetings and events.
  • Meeting Support: Arrange meeting spaces, set up Zoom meetings, and provide catering support as needed.
  • Records Management: Create, manage, and update records, including updates to team resources on SharePoint.
  • General Office Support: Provide backup support to other team members, cover vacations and time off, and support shifting priorities.
Requirements:
  • Flexible and professional with a focused attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn systems and maintain consistency in written materials.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
