Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High School Programs Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for receiving and filing application materials, communicating with applicants and their family members, and ensuring the accuracy of 3rd party uploads. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of office, customer service, and/or data entry experience, with a strong ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and file application materials and student forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with applicants, their family members, and school counselors to ensure all necessary information is received and applications are complete.
  • Preview completed applicant files to ensure all materials are received and applications are ready to be reviewed by admission committee members.
  • Confirm the accuracy of 3rd party uploads by school counselors and others on behalf of our applicants.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of office, customer service, and/or data entry experience.
  • Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience using Banner and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office preferred.
