We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our outstanding Front Desk team as a Front Desk Supervisor.
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for building morale with your team and engaging them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time.
You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments, providing outstanding customer service interactions and addressing conflicts when they arise.
