Site Director Job Description

The Site Director is a key role within the U.S. Environmental Rental Corporation, responsible for managing a specific branch of our environmental rental equipment business. This position requires a unique blend of administrative, operational, and leadership skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of office administration, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, billing, and errands.
  • Organize and conduct company meetings and appointments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Partner with the HR department to maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement location policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage office services, including correspondence, filing systems, supply requisitions, and clerical functions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage Office Staff, allocating tasks and assignments, and monitoring performance to ensure top results.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to ensure business operations meet established procedures and standards.
  • Maintain regulatory records and paperwork for all employees at the location.
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects, keeping the Executive Management team informed.
  • Responsible for interviewing staff for the location and providing orientation and training to new employees.
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Background in technical disciplines or other technologies preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Managerial experience is a must.
  • Critical thinking skills, highly organized, and coordinated are essential.
Compensation:
  • $65,000 annual salary.
