Regional Sales Director Opportunity

Harper Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to support and manage our growing team of Territory Managers. This role will oversee brand relationships and play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships. They will work closely with our VP of Sales to establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for their direct reports.

This is a remote position, but travel to various trade shows and to visit Territory Managers throughout the year is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improve existing and new business relationships by providing customer service, answering client questions, and developing new client relationships.
  • Manage a team of experienced Territory Managers, including training, coaching, performance management, and leading weekly team meetings.
  • Work with the VP of Sales to review the sales region and territory structures to optimize structure for maximum sales growth potential.
  • Assist with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Plan, organize, and manage sales meetings with team members.
  • Plan, obtain, organize, implement, and manage various aspects of trade show execution in relation to the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
  • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
  • Proven record of high-quality customer service.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Office365 products, Asana, Brandwise is preferred.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 USD
