Aerospace Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Sales Director to join our team at Elgen Staffing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the aerospace industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and landscapes, and provide insights and recommendations to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and communicate value propositions, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain accurate system information.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on business development and account conquest.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate pricing and delivery.
- Proficient in MS Office and CAD software, with a strong understanding of industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Travel within a territory, up to 30%, is required, with occasional international travel.
