Job Description
Medline Industries is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct business reviews with customers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Training and Development
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers to promote our products and services.
- Business Planning
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve targeted sales growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Previous experience in sales leadership or management is a plus.
Travel
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of wound care and skin health products.
