About the Team: The Lead Technical Program Manager will join the Financial Services Technology division, playing a pivotal role in the rollout of the Enterprise Developer Platform across all Capital One Technology. This position is essential for fostering cross-functional relationships, managing stakeholders, influencing enterprise-wide initiatives, and executing high-priority projects.

In addition to overseeing technical programs, you will contribute to the evolution of the Technical Program Management discipline within the organization, utilizing your industry expertise to demonstrate the impact of exceptional TPM practices.

  • Exceptional cross-team collaboration skills, adept at working across various functions and organizational boundaries to accomplish objectives.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing data-intensive solutions utilizing distributed computing.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing architecture, preferably with AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivering large and complex programs, owning the business or technical vision, collaborating with extensive cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and removing obstacles to achieve business impact.
  • Experience in developing systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering).
