As a pivotal member of our OP Architecture team, you will address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions that drive success. Collaborate with technology leaders from various Fortune 500 companies to enhance customer experiences through cutting-edge applications. This role requires a Solutions Architect who is adept in digital, mobile technology, and cloud solutions, overseeing mission-critical initiatives throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of solutions, providing delivery estimates and coordinating with architects and designers across multiple disciplines (solution, infrastructure, data/information) to devise the most effective solutions for business challenges while leveraging existing systems and market capabilities.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, production support, and Shared Services partners (e.g., Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Engineering, Reference Architecture) to ensure alignment of solution strategies and estimates with all stakeholders.
  • Engage with various business stakeholders to solve problems, create business capabilities, and define efficient technology solutions that address business needs.
  • Possess a broad and deep technical knowledge across various hardware, software, and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture capacity.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in large, cross-functional teams, influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Advanced expertise in architecture, application design, system engineering, and integration, with experience leading mobile build and deployment activities across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, Java, J2EE, and a focus on Angular, with skills in collaborating with various architecture disciplines in software development.
  • Experience with software integration patterns, including services, eventing, and SOA (REST and SOAP preferred).
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies through self-directed study.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud, PAAS, SAAS, and IAAS, along with experience in a DevOps environment.

  • Engage in monthly team meetings and contribute to team-building initiatives.
  • Participate in technical discussions and peer reviews.
  • Contribute to the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status updates to OP Account Management as needed.
