About the Role
The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management will be a key member of our Financial Services Technology line of business, responsible for the launch of the Enterprise Developer Platform across all Hispanic Technology Executive Council Technology. This role will play a critical part in building relationships with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and executing high-priority enterprise-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and data science, to drive well-informed decisions and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of programs.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards across the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving business growth.
- Strong technical background, with expertise in building scalable platforms, products, or services.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and influencing skills, with the ability to drive well-informed decisions and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
- 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably using AWS.
- 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery.
- 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, with a proven track record of owning business or technical vision, collaborating with large cross-functional teams, securing commitments on deliverables, and unblocking teams to land business impact.
- Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment.
