About the Role

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management will be a key member of our Financial Services Technology line of business, responsible for the launch of the Enterprise Developer Platform across all Hispanic Technology Executive Council Technology. This role will play a critical part in building relationships with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and executing high-priority enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and data science, to drive well-informed decisions and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of programs.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices and standards across the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and cloud computing services, preferably using AWS.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and drive well-informed decisions across technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
