Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the architectural design and solution strategy, including delivery estimates, while coordinating with architects and designers across multiple disciplines (solution, infrastructure, data/information) to identify the most effective solutions to business challenges, leveraging knowledge of existing systems and available market capabilities.
  • Collaborate with delivery, production support, and Shared Services partners (e.g., Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Engineering, Reference Architecture) to ensure the solution approach and estimates align with all stakeholders.
  • Engage with various business stakeholders to solve problems, create business capabilities, and define efficient technology solutions that address business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will possess broad and deep technical knowledge and skills across various hardware, software, and platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture capacity.
  • 5 or more years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams, influencing senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in architecture, application design, system engineering, and integration, with experience leading mobile build and deployment activities across multiple platforms.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary web technologies, Java, J2EE, and a focus on Angular, with expertise in collaborating with various architecture disciplines in software development.
  • Familiarity with software integration patterns, including services, eventing, and SOA (both REST and SOAP preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies through self-directed study.
  • Experience with AWS cloud, PAAS, SAAS, and IAAS, along with a background in a DevOps environment.
