The Enterprise Solutions Sales Specialist will serve as a technical authority within the Samsung Mobile Enterprise Business Unit. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of enterprise systems, particularly Windows OS and deployment, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Windows Deployment Services (MDS). The Specialist will be tasked with presenting top-tier solutions for enterprise clients by leveraging the Samsung B2B portfolio and collaborating with our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address all technical pre-sales inquiries directed to the Samsung Enterprise Sales team.
  • Engage directly with Samsung Product Management, Channel Sales, Samsung Sales teams, and clients.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Samsung Windows B2B product and solution offerings.
  • Provide support for product line sales, feature development, and product category insights. Evaluate advertised functionalities and identify gaps within the portfolio. Explore and identify new applications that align strategically with Samsung's objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the Samsung Technical Delivery Manager when required.
  • Assist in the planning and management of the Windows product line to ensure successful launches of new B2B products.
  • Travel Requirement: 10-20%.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual sales demonstrations for clients.
  • Support various configurations of Samsung products and solutions in complex enterprise settings.
  • Prepare and deliver technical training and sales presentations to channel partners and/or direct clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or computer-related field.
  • MCSA, MCSD, or MCSE certification is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience supporting Windows and/or Chrome OS.
  • Ability to manage internal and external high-profile escalations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Windows Deployment Services (MDS).
  • Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Familiarity with Remote Management Software (RMS) such as Solarwinds, ConnectWise Automate, or Kaseya.
  • Experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or OEM is preferred.
  • Background in application development is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment to meet project milestones within established timelines.
  • Capability to tackle tasks and resolve issues that require innovative thinking.
  • Adaptability to function in dynamic situations with broad guidelines.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and act on technical documents, engineering materials, and contracts in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Proficient in delivering professional presentations, both written and oral, on complex business and technical matters to audiences with high technical expertise and operational experience.

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

  • Colorado: $138,500 to $146,000
  • NYC: $173,500 to $182,500
  • Washington State: $159,500 to $167,500
  • California: $180,500 to $189,500
