Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to medical facilities to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers.
  • Assess customer needs through profiling questions and solicit customer feedback on prior repair services.
  • Respond to queries about company products and services, and provide clients with status updates on orders.
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities.
Requirements
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time, with 80% travel (driving during the day).
