About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Human Resources Outsourcing team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers to understand and solve their real business needs.
  • Develop and implement a top-down sales strategy to reach sales goals and grow our business.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to cross-sell ADP solutions and deepen relationships across the ADP family.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating the highest ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales.
  • Proven winner with an ambitious spirit and ability to thrive under pressure.
