About the Role

This is a strategic role that requires a senior-level HR professional with a strong background in HR systems, employee relations, and talent management. You will be responsible for administering human resource plans, programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Administer HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
  • Provide coaching and employee relations support to management and employees
  • Drive talent management processes, including Individual Development Plans and training programs
  • Resolve employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
  • Support performance review processes and manage disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues globally to develop policies, programs, and solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Senior-level experience in human resources, with a focus on HR systems, employee relations, and talent management
  • Experience with HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and LMS
  • Strong coaching and employee relations skills
  • HR certification preferred
  • Proven success in relationship management and problem-solving
  • Global acumen and ability to travel as needed

Nikkiso Cryogenic Industries offers a competitive salary range of $109,237 to $215,625, plus a 20% bonus opportunity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
