Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated OFFICE PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR to join our team at Compass Group. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clerical Duties: Perform a variety of clerical tasks including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, directing calls, taking messages, and assisting with customer service needs.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and document minutes to ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Travel and Scheduling: Arrange travel logistics and manage calendars to optimize time management for staff.
  • Record Keeping: Compile and maintain records of office activities, business transactions, and other relevant documentation.
  • Office Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and managing petty cash.
  • Training: Assist in training new staff members on office procedures and software applications.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service and administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
