Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively engages with clients via phone, taking the initiative to thoroughly understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborates with Account Managers to service accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Actively identifies potential sales opportunities for Account Managers and the District, consistently seeking ways to add value for clients.
  • Enhances sales by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all product offerings and demonstrating technical expertise to provide compelling customer value propositions.
  • Drives sales by recognizing related products or additional needs and informing clients about product promotions and enhancements to orders.
  • Identifies optimal methods to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Conducts outbound calls to promote new products.
  • Executes quote and order management processes with a high degree of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Your qualifications:

  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in a dynamic, customer-centric environment with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Proven track record in building client relationships and maintaining professional service standards even in challenging situations.

Compensation:

Compensation starts at $45,000 and is based on experience, including a monthly incentive plan of 20%. Total Target Cash consists of a mix of fixed base salary plus commission from sales. Commission plans are uncapped.
