Job Description

Vitality Living is seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Vitality Living Springdale. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and promoting activities that enhance the quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of activities to promote a vibrant lifestyle for residents
  • Transport residents safely in community bus or other vehicle according to schedule
  • Facilitate engagement programs that promote a sense of community and belonging among residents
  • Create personalized engagement experiences for residents based on their preferences and interests
  • Coordinate outings, special events, and partnerships with the greater community to enhance overall engagement experience for residents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director, Engagement Director, or Memory Care Director

Requirements:

  • Ability to facilitate dignified, purposeful, and individualized programming to meet the needs of residents, family, and team members
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
