Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, and your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
