Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at Hilton Garden Inn North Alpharetta. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every guest, ensuring accurate check-in and check-out procedures
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready and prepared
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest information
  • Manage room bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Compensation: $16 per hour
