Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Take ownership of the guest experience, moving about the hotel to ensure that guests receive the highest level of service
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and deliver quality meals to guests
- Empower guests to have a memorable experience, sharing the highlights of the local area and providing recommendations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving around for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating a safe and welcoming work environment
