We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Driftwood Hospitality Management. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Use your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to read, write and speak fluently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
