Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone, ensuring that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to read, write and speak fluently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
