Role Overview

The Visa Money Movement Solutions (MMS) Global Accounts Group is dedicated to managing the foremost global revenue-generating accounts across our extensive range of products and solutions. Our objective is to deliver outstanding support to this client portfolio while introducing cutting-edge offerings that provide immense value and enhance user satisfaction, all while addressing clear demands for payment and related services in the money movement sector. This team will pioneer innovative technologies to facilitate and secure Visa money movement transactions globally. We seek individuals who are passionate about customer engagement, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences tailored to specific markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, nurturing and enhancing client relationships while coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  • Support contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with both client and company objectives.
  • Play a vital role in client retention by ensuring satisfaction with services and effectively resolving any emerging issues.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing client services, driving sales growth, and managing client portfolios proficiently.
  • Utilize reports to monitor progress, evaluate performance, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of eight (8) years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over three years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related capacity within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities to address issues related to client accounts.
  • A solid understanding of Visa's money movement products or services is advantageous.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn specific software or technologies, such as CRM systems.

Additional Information:

Work Hours: Flexible based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This role may involve travel up to 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position is office-based, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.

For U.S. applicants, the estimated salary range for this position is between $100,700.00 and $146,000.00 annually, which may include potential sales incentives. Salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity.
