Job Description:
Associa is actively seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to become a vital member of our Rhome team in Wilmington, NC.

The Customer Relations Coordinator is essential in delivering an outstanding customer service experience for a leading property management firm.

This diverse role encompasses overseeing the reception area, managing administrative duties, and ensuring top-notch client interactions. The Customer Relations Coordinator will maintain office operations and act as a bridge between clients, residents, and internal teams.

The Customer Relations Coordinator is tasked with maintaining high service standards, efficiently resolving issues, and enhancing the overall effectiveness and professionalism of the company's operations.

How will you make an impact?
The Customer Relations Coordinator contributes to the company's growth by:
• Responding to incoming email inquiries
• Assisting with incoming calls and walk-in traffic
• Showing properties to potential tenants when necessary
• Aiding in new tenant move-ins
• Supporting vendors in checking out keys
• Assisting our showing agents to ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Overseeing daily mail distribution (including sorting and delivering incoming mail, maintaining postage meter supplies and funds)
• Delivering and installing property yard signs as required
• Photographing and/or videoing properties as needed
• Assisting with special projects as required

Requirements:
• Strong organizational abilities
• Self-motivated yet capable of working collaboratively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems
