As a vital member of our team, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, processing orders and modifications to services.
  • Address and resolve complaints related to billing or service issues, directing unresolved matters to appropriate departments for further investigation.
  • Handle all customer orders and transactions, generating stock reports to verify product availability.
  • Facilitate urgent shipping requests by coordinating with transportation teams to expedite orders as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and complaints regarding receipts, invoices, shipments, and inventory in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience or training.
  • Familiarity with AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
  • Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from management, clients, and colleagues.
