We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at TradeLink Solutions Company. As a key member of our construction operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
About the Role
- Assist with all facets of production and construction administrative operations, providing critical support to our Project Managers and General Managers.
- Manage the day-to-day clerical and administrative operations of our local office, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our team members, trade partners, and material suppliers.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases to support our construction operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the phone system and train all personnel in its use.
- Serve as a liaison with our Corporate Office, Project Managers, sales team, and trade partners and material suppliers.
- Organize paperwork and other office procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
- Order and stock office supplies as necessary.
- Keep inventory of office and construction equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
