Key Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean and English is mandatory.

- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, greeting clients, and providing assistance as needed.
- Manage daily registration tasks, including processing sales and purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring efficient document retrieval and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Train new employees on operational procedures.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of office staff, addressing any disciplinary issues as necessary.
- Facilitate communication between sales, logistics, and office personnel on various projects.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to relevant governmental bodies.
- Assist with inventory management by preparing data, resolving discrepancies, and reporting outcomes.
- Coordinate with headquarters and external vendors as required.
- Support the Branch Manager in recruitment efforts for vacant positions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Branch Manager for effective budget management.
- Oversee customs clearance processes for merchandise, liaising with brokers and suppliers.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks related to imports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
