POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary facility. This position is dedicated to enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team while ensuring effective communication with both clients and staff. The representative is responsible for coordinating care in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner, encouraging clients to return and recommend our services to others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively attract new clients

  • Inform clients about pet health and wellness options
  • Oversee financial transactions and perform administrative tasks as needed

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
