About the Role:

Vets Hired is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Account Executive to join our team. As an E-Commerce Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in the e-commerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the e-commerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Actively prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a challenger sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Present products and services to key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and aligning them with value proposition.
  • Utilize the MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles effectively and influence decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and sales approach.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the e-commerce industry or related technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively in the sales process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
