Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, 100% Onsite

Schedule: M-F; 8 am – 5 pm pst

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator to take charge of our online presence, manage digital advertising initiatives, and support our marketing strategies. This position entails overseeing affiliate marketing programs, executing successful digital advertising campaigns, and boosting brand awareness and conversion rates through our web platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing, Business, or Computer Science is required.


• Certifications in Google Analytics and/or Google Ads are preferred.


• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing within a fast-paced setting.


• Proven experience in managing corporate Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable ROI.


• Familiarity with WordPress and/or other website management tools is essential.


• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.


• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.


• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Management of E-Commerce Website


• Collaborate with web development and product management teams to implement website enhancements and updates.


• Oversee the Affiliate Partner Program through our Affiliate portal.


• Research and engage automotive-related websites to join the affiliate program.


• Negotiate and establish contracts with new affiliate members while maintaining relationships with existing affiliates.


• Work with manufacturer representatives to create partnerships and drive targeted traffic to the website.


• Monitor search engine performance and implement SEO strategies to enhance search rankings and sales.


• Manage payment transactions and resolve any payment-related issues.

Google Analytics & Ads Management:


• Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to attract targeted traffic and boost conversions.


• Craft compelling ad copy and design effective ad structures to maximize ROI.


• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust bidding strategies for optimal campaign efficiency.


• Conduct keyword research and refine targeting strategies to connect with relevant audiences.


• Monitor display campaigns across various platforms to ensure maximum reach.


• Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.


• Implement changes based on analytics insights to enhance website performance and user experience.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

WordPress Website Support:


• Assist in WordPress website development, including content creation, formatting, and publishing.


• Monitor website performance metrics in collaboration with the Marketing team and SEO contractors to identify areas for content improvement and SEO optimization.


• Ensure website content aligns with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.


• Act as a liaison among internal stakeholders, providing feedback and insights regarding website-related issues, content strategy, and optimization efforts.
