Key Responsibilities:
- File Organization: Efficiently manage and categorize digital files. Occasionally review new clients' media folders to pinpoint marketing resources (logos, standout photos/videos).
- Social Media Advertising Management: Upload materials for advertisements, monitor and engage with comments on social media ads using the respective business management tools (training and resources provided).
- Email Campaign Assistance: Support in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling and overseeing email communications (training and resources provided).
- Influencer Engagement: Manage outreach and maintain relationships with influencers, which may involve negotiating agreements within established guidelines.
- Basic E-commerce Tasks: Handle straightforward tasks on e-commerce platforms as necessary (training provided).
- Social Media Oversight: Supervise and respond to direct messages across various social media channels.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with strong writing capabilities.
- Experience with social media advertising, e-commerce platforms, and community management is advantageous. Please indicate any experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on precision.
- Availability for flexible working hours during standard business hours. Some tasks may be completed outside these hours, but general availability during core working hours is essential.
Tools & Communication:
- Task management is conducted through project management software.
- We prioritize asynchronous work, utilizing email and video messaging for communication.
- You will report directly to the company owner and collaborate on a mix of shared and independent tasks.
Growth Opportunities:
- This position begins as a contract-based role during an initial evaluation period.
- There is potential for advancement to a part-time salaried position, and eventually a full-time salaried role based on performance and demonstrated skills.
Compensation: $10 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
