Position Overview
Our client is in search of a proficient E-commerce Performance Account Manager to support their clientele. The E-commerce Performance Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 to 30 accounts.

The main objective of this role is to enhance revenue and profitability by crafting and implementing account strategies tailored to the specific needs of each client.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement account strategies that align with client requirements
  • Conduct biweekly meetings with 20-30 clients to present comprehensive plans and insights
  • Identify opportunities to upsell Onda services based on client demands
  • Supervise the talent team collaborating with each client account to ensure all client requirements are met
  • Leverage reporting tools and talent to uncover insights that will drive client growth
  • Monitor and analyze data to pinpoint trends and opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Experience in performance-driven e-commerce
  • Proficiency in various e-commerce platforms - experience managing a store in Shopify is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce account management
  • Strong grasp of e-commerce marketing and sales principles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
