Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Magnus HRS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare provider clients and working closely with our recruitment team to deploy qualified nurses into your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities. Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase Magnus HRS services. Collaborate with decision-makers to understand their staffing needs and challenges. Propose tailored staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with your clients and internal stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Work with our Director of Recruitment to help negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing and service agreements.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Communicate weekly on sales performance, including achievements and challenges.
- Two years of previous phone sales & business-to-business healthcare staffing sales or full desk recruitment experience required.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and staffing solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
