Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and social selling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and action plans
  • Utilize CRM database to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
  • Represent Edenred in a professional and courteous manner, consistently demonstrating our mission and values
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
