Business Development Representative

At Edenred, we're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our growth objectives.
Job Summary:The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and social selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and action plans
- Utilize CRM database to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
- Represent Edenred in a professional and courteous manner, consistently demonstrating our mission and values
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
