Experience:

Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and inventory management systems.

Responsible for adhering to safety protocols within the healthcare environment.

Ensures the correct utilization of patient-related charge labels for all revenue-generating items.

Accurately utilizes the Supply Chain management system.

Conducts regular inventory counts of warehouse stock as instructed.

Maintains accurate levels of patient-use equipment in designated areas.

Processes stock requests on scheduled order days for various departments and facilities.

Efficiently replenishes specialty carts, ensuring accurate patient charging.

Receives and organizes warehouse inventory on a daily basis.

Ensures timely delivery of requested items.

Familiar with suppliers and hospital inventory.

Accountable for managing and controlling supply expenses.

Demonstrates an understanding of Supply Chain Operations and its relation to daily hospital functions.

Maintains a safe and tidy work environment.

Competent in utilizing technology and computer systems as required for job functions.

Assists in keeping the department organized and orderly.

Exhibits teamwork in achieving departmental goals and meeting deadlines.

Ensures proper organization and filing of all documentation.

Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Adapts to varying workloads to complete tasks efficiently without compromising quality.

Responds positively to guidance and training, applying new knowledge effectively.

Proposes suggestions for operational improvements within the department and facility.

Communicates effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Understands and adheres to system, hospital, and departmental policies and procedures.

Takes responsibility for workplace safety and confidentiality, including HIPAA compliance.

Responsible for infection control and prevention measures.
