KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties of the Warehouse Operations Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Picking and Packing- Efficiently select, scan (using RF Scanner), package, and prepare products for dispatch.
- Ensure that items are correctly labeled and securely packaged.
- Systematically organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Report any discrepancies or shortages.
- Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other necessary equipment.
- Accurately receive incoming products into the inventory system and store them appropriately.
- Load products onto delivery vehicles.
- Deliver materials to customer sites, unloading as per customer instructions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Safely load and unload products from the vehicle, which may involve using forklift or pallet jack equipment.
- Operate the company vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws.
- Deliver items with professionalism and timeliness, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy items.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with computers and RF Scanners.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
- Physical capability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience operating forklifts.
- Familiarity with inventory and cycle counting.
- Experience driving box trucks.
Desired:
- Experience in the HVAC industry.
